Welcome to the White Sand Villa 🏡, a quiet, updated villa with a stunning golf course view allows you to enjoy the bustle of the beach easily but get away to a peaceful atmosphere when ready.

🛋️ On the lower level of the two story White Sand Villa is a spacious living area with super comfortable sofa, recliner and barrel chair, smart TV, large dining table and balcony with Adirondack seating. Our kitchen offers all you need for meals and snacks including a traditional coffee maker, cookware and dishware. A full washer and dryer are available for your convenience along with free high speed WIFI and beach towels.

🛁Downstairs also features a full bathroom with an updated tile surround tub/shower combo.

🛏️Upstairs features two bedroom suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom for privacy:

~ The main bedroom suite features a private balcony with seating overlooking the resort’s water features and the golf course, a king sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, and clothing storage, plus ensuite access to a remodeled bathroom with a walk in tiled shower.
~ The second bedroom suite features two queen beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, and clothing storage, plus ensuite access to a remodeled bathroom with a walk in tiled shower.

📍 Prime Location
The White Sand Villa #120 is ideally located just steps to a heated pool (maintained at 84 degrees min year round), the convention center (about 100 yards), the pedestrian bridge to the beach (about 150 yards or hop on the free Resort tram), plus a plethora of restaurants from casual to higher end that are all easily walkable.

🚙 Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
 
💦 There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or the beachfront lagoon pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are Chairs or poolside Cabanas available to rent. The kids splash pad and two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders Bar or Shakers Bar.

🎶 Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

⛳ The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a pro-shop, plus fitness center. all amenities are included with your stay except for golf.

🪂 Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and watersports like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
